    @mgrouch KMeter is just the thermocouple converter. The TC insulation itself can be made from plastic or silicon or it can be made from glass fabric. It can also be inside a stainless steel housing or whatever. It depends on the application.
    I just did a quick search for exhaust thermosensors and there are many K-type thermocouple in different housing available. As long as they have a TC connector or open wires for mounting one by yourself you can use them with KMeter.

    I strongly recommend you to read the basics about thermocouples and how they work. You may than understand, that this "plastic thing" can be and should be far away from the high temperature exhaust.

    By the way: If you feel better with the MCP9600 then buy one from e.g. Adafruit and use it with its library in the Arduino environment. You controller can still be M5. As for the KMeter the MCP9600 breakout is not made to put in the exhaust as well.

    if you in uiflow 2 there is "project zone" with lots of users examples, bet there is few with PWM there, with display there is screen rotation block available

    stable value? calculated value? - maybe use of internal variable block for calculations

    @Kris if your sensor needs power supply like you drew it then it has to be connected to 24/gnd pins of module , sensor to IN and then you need to use 3 jumper setup not the one marked red on your picture

    Its too less resources to run multiple apps on this hardware.
    The logic of having OS - run multiple apps on same system. This goal could be reached by having apps on prepared media.
    Its also possible to install a few apps in flash and run on demand. Check M5Apps project on the burner

    To disable power saving on the M5Stack Fire, modify the AXP192 PMU settings using the M5Stack library in Arduino. UseM5.Power.setPowerBoostKeepOn(true); to keep power on and prevent sleep mode. Additionally, disable deep sleep with esp_sleep_disable_wakeup_source to ensure continuous operation without unexpected shutdowns.

    Приветствую, у меня есть 2 внешних модуля, ir tr и ir rc, я использую на постоянной основе ir tr, но, чтобы отправлять ir сигналы мне приходиться подходить почти в плотную к устройству. Подключаю я все правильно и проблем с этим не имею. Пробовал использовать встроенный датчик, работает чуть хуже, хотя дистанция должна быть у обоих от 6 метров.
    Но, с ir rc у меня еще интереснее, он просто не принимает сигналы. Я вплотную с пульта ему отправляю сигналы, но ответа 0.
    ir tr - ir transmitter
    ir rc - ir receiver
