  I just stacked it normally, it should be 3.3v refering to schematic. The HPWR pins is for the high voltage modules to transfering current like Module PwrCAN or PPS etc.

  To create a server with SIM800L, use GPRS to get a dynamic IP from your carrier. Enable TCP listening with AT+CIPSERVER=1,80. Forward incoming data to your M5Stack via serial. Since the IP is dynamic, use a DDNS service or periodically send the IP via SMS/email. Alternatively, have the M5Stack poll a cloud server for commands. SIM800L has limited capabilities, so keep the website simple (raw HTTP requests). Check the SIM800L AT command manual for TCP/IP setup details.

  Only since the board def "updated" automatically from ver 2.1.4 to ver 3.2.x, I cannot compile my trusty, dusty Core Basic (Or Core2).

  /Arduino/libraries/M5Stack/src/utility/pngle.c:31:10: fatal error: rom/miniz.h: No such file or directory

  If I downgrade to 2.1.x it compiles as usual for 5 years running.

  I found this on google and there have been some other reports on this very community site.

  My Arduino IDE ver2.3.6 asks me EVERY DAY to upgrade to M5Stack board def 3.2.x.
  This is getting tedious. Ver 3.2.1 recently added did not help.

  Is M5Stack abandoning the older Cores?

  The Atomic QRCode2 Base (SKU: A133-B) typically draws a working current of around 174.18 mA at 5V when connected to an Atom-Lite. Your observation of 170 mA is within the expected range, so this behavior is normal.
  However, if the device is heating up significantly, you can try the following to reduce power consumption:

  Use Pulse Mode: Ensure you are using the TRIGGER_MODE_PULSE mode to minimize continuous power draw.
  Adjust Lighting: Reduce the brightness of the fill light (set_fill_light_brightness) or turn it off when not needed (FILL_LIGHT_OFF).
  Limit Continuous Operation: Avoid prolonged continuous scanning by using shorter decode delays (set_decode_delay).

  If the issue persists, check for firmware updates or ensure proper ventilation around the device.

  Btw: UIFlow works. I just installed the incorrect firmware (UIFlow2.0 instead of UIFlow2.0 AtomS3R).
