Hi @felmue, I see on GitHub that your pull request has been merged, but it hasn't yet been published as a new version release of the Arduino library (which I confirmed by uninstalling and reinstalling the library). The latest library version is still set as release 0.0.2 from July 24, which indicates that there are 2 commits that have been made (yours and Tinyu's) since the release. Not sure what M5Stack's process is for releasing new versions of libraries, but it is interesting to see how sausage is made.

what do you mean by "Not able to subscribe" ? Does it not connect or does it not return data? Does the data turn up in HiveMQ? This looks like Micropython but the functions look strange, you have SSL set to true but no keys and certificates set.

Hello @kazokutchi From below comment I assume M5Stack engineers decided to not include the SetChargerCurrent() function for M5StickCPlus. // Not recommend to set charge current > 100mA, since Battery is only 80mAh. // more then 1C charge-rate may shorten battery life-span. That said, have you tired to only copy the function by itself into the corresponding AXP192.cpp file of the M5StickCPlus library? Thanks Felix

We 3D printed a sleeve that makes the M5 both wearable as a lanyard and allows the power button to be easily pressed. Our customers use the M5 to send a MQTT command that briefly changes the content on a TV from cable/satellite programing to their own internal marketing images and videos. Our issue was that running the command and then putting the device in deep sleep with the A button had a battery of just a few hours. Using the power button worked but it is hard to push especially when worn around the neck. [image: 1654267470915-power-button-sleeve-resized.jpg] This sleeve has solved the "mechanical" issue with trying to actually use the power button. I connected my adjustable bench power supply to the ground pin and battery pin of the m5stick and modify the current from 1A to 2A and when I saw come back on without the error 22, I use a regular USB-c charger to continue charging.

Hello @amr I used this example to verify that the PWM frequency can easily go higher than 20 kHz. Tested with an M5StackCPlus using GPIO26 and a PWM frequency of 100 kHz. That said, I have no idea how this translates into ESPHome though, sorry. Note: the three values pwm frequency, duty resolution and duty are dependent from each other. Check the documentation here.
