Hello,
I need to control a step motor with an ATOM STEPMOTOR.
The motor is this one / specifications
My wiring is:
Connected pin 1 of the motor to the A+ of ATOM STEPMOTOR
Connected pin 4 of the motor to the A- of ATOM STEPMOTOR
Connected pin 3 of the motor to the B+ of ATOM STEPMOTOR
Connected pin 6 of the motor to the B of ATOM STEPMOTOR
Connected the + pin of a DC power supply (12V / 1.0A / 12.0 W) to the DC12V of ATOM STEPMOTOR
Connected the - pin of a DC power supply (12V / 1.0A / 12.0 W) to the GND of ATOM STEPMOTOR
NB: I also tried with another power supply (12V / 4.0A) and got the same result.
I loaded the UIFlow example from M5Stack to the Atom
When I test the build; the motor works correctly; but I can hear a very disturbing "high frequency" sound when the motor is idle.
I tried removing all the UIFlow code except the ADC part and I still have this sound.
So I guess I have something to fine-tune regarding ADC; but what ?
I tried reducing the "variable resistance" (little screw) until the noise gets suppressed. It worked but my motor has not enough torque for my need. How can I deal with this problem ?
Thank you for your appreciate help.
Best regards
