cannot connect M5capsule

Hi,
let me start with im a complete software noob.
I had a m5capsule connecting fine with the UIflow browser earlier and programmed it with a simple led strip. Some how it got reset and i wanted to reload the program on the device. But somehow it doesnt connect to my pc anymore as in no com port shows up etc. what can i do? -
@jgude do you have M5Burner installed? if so does it detect com port there?

@robski burner installed, it is detected (again) on the com port, but when trying to burn it cannot connect

unit off/ press hold boot/ connect usb/ let boot button off - ? -
@robski yes indeed.. but i get the fatal error it cant connect to espressif device, no serial data received. Do i need to clean it first somehow? Lools like it cannot get mac when i try to use the burn button

try erase first before burn
pressing boot booton on power up is important step on firmware operations
