M5stick C and TimerX camera drivers issues

Hi, I have been trying for 4 days to install all the necessary drivers to use my m5stickc and Timer CAmera x on my windows 10 system. I have loaded all the drivers needed ( and they work well for my other esp32 boards using the same usb-serial chip ) I have tried 3 different cables, two different PCs and even Ubuntu linux. Same outcome, no go. all my other boards are ok. The M5stickc is known to be good, and I have flashed previously, the Timer Camera X is new, bought for a specific project, but I have yet to get it connected to my pc, Please help!!

Your PC can't identify the device COM? or just can't upload the program? could you say more detail?
