How Do I Password Reset My cloud.m5stack.com ?

I registered my email for a cloud.m5stach.com account and it said I already had an account with that email address. I am unable to find a password reset option on the login page. Anyone have a suggestion?

@teresa Per your instructions via email, registering with a password length of 20 or less allowed me to register. The error message stating an account already exists was erroneous. It would simple to note this on the registration page to avoid frustration to new users. First impressions are important and this problem can lower new user confidence in the product.
