Unable to login to M5Burner

Hi,
I am able to login online on m5stack.com but unable to login into the m5Burner app M5Burner-v3-beta-win-x64
I tried multiple accounts with no luck.
Please advice. I am unable to bind my new devices and burn firmware.

What OS?
Do you have a firewall?
Have you installed M5Burner in the correct place?It could just be the server is unavailable for the M5Burner.
