V2 M12 not working

My V2 m12 camera is not allowing me in. its been about a year since i have used it but now when connected to power the white light is on and the red light is dim. I tried updating the firmware but couldn't as even when holding down the button on top and powering the red light never blinked. the fan and cpu are on but nothing is happening.
please help
