Trust registration is a process in which a legal entity is registered; the trustee is in charge of executing assets in place of beneficiaries. The necessary documents are usually that of trust deed, identity proofs of trustees, address proof and occasionally a registration fee. The procedure provides a legal framework and safeguarding of the actions of the trust.
