One of the most well-known winter trekking routes in Uttarakhand, Kedarkantha Trek is an absolute delight for experienced trekkers and those new to the sport. The trail is close to the charming and quaint village of Sankri, about 7 hours from Dehradun; Kedarkantha sits firmly at 12,500 feet. Although it is at a (staggering) elevation, it is fairly simple and is attainable for those who are not experts.
