I would like to connect a 2200mAh small LiPo battery to the M5StickPlus. Can I connect it to the BAT and GND pins of the M5StickPlus directly? I do not need to recharge it as it is for a one-time use for an event. Do I need to remove the internal battery of the M5StickPlus?

I have a 3.7V 2600mAh Li-Po battery which I want to directly connect to the M5StickPlus. I do not need to recharge the Li-Po battery since its for a one-off event and I just need the M5StickPlus to last for a few hours. Can I just directly connect the V+ of the battery to the BAT pin of the M5StickPlus, and the V- to GND? Is it safe for the M5StickPlus? Do I need to remove the internal 120mAh battery inside the M5Stick?
