Kamagra Oral Jelly is a flavored oral jelly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It contains sildenafil citrate (usually 100 mg per sachet), a phosphodiesterase‑5 (PDE‑5) inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis, helping a man achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. The jelly form is taken from the sachet, usually about 30–60 minutes before sex, and can start working within about 20–40 minutes; its effect commonly lasts up to 4–6 hours, but it should not be taken more than once per 24 hours. Common side effects include headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, and mild visual changes, while rare but serious risks include chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or a prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours, which needs urgent care.
