hi everyone my m5stack gray is not showing up as a com on my hp windows laptop and i got this as a gift 3 years ago and still have no idea why it does not show any com pleaee help

Have you installed the correct drivers?
go check https://docs.m5stack.com/en/core/gray -
install drivers, check with few usb cables as some are power cables only not data cables, was your M5Gray supplied with cable?
