Trying to download to m5Dial

when trying to download I get a popup asking me to select com port.
It finds the unit. After selecting I'm getting a WebTerminal window.
In that window I press "Download" again.
Now it appears a progress bar but nothing happens.
Have been waiting for 15 min and no progress..What step do I miss out on?

disconnect M5dial,
press and hold Boot btn - at the back in the middle of the sticker -
while holding it connect M5Dial to USB it will boot in diff mode,Boot Btn pressing is different to press of reset button, you won't hear click, its hard to even feel it is pressed too
