Remote+ update values from m5stack core2 back to web ui?

Hi does anyone know how I can update:

slider, switch and gauge data from the m5stack core 2 screen touch ui back to remote+ webpage. Does it only work one way? I can get it to work from web to device, not the other way round? Any pointers would be appriciated.
