So, I can't load the webinterface to UIFLOW on any browser or network connection from copenhagen, denmark.

The console informs the following:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING
main.1685f54dc91eb35eda91.js:1
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

Which to my best interpretation would seem, theres a faulty deploy of the servers javascripts.
