TIMER Camera F has no video via serial or http

I just received a TIMER Camera F and was able to view video in the cameraTools application using a serial connection yesterday. Today I cannot view video via serial or http. I put the camera in my router using a reservation and I can ping it from a command prompt but cannot see any video using the cameraTools application in http mode either. What is the URL and port if I want to use a browser? Any idea why I cannot see video in either mode? Thanks in advance.

I got it working by reinstalling the cameraTools application. The URL is http://192.168.1.x:81/
