Using GPIO Pins on USB Module (MAX3421E)

Hello dear friends.
Can someone help me? I bought the USB Module connected to my M5stack fire.
I see that there are some I/O pins on it but I have no Idea on how to refer to them on my Arduino code or on UIFlow.I there a code example where I can refer to?
