M5Stack USB MAX 3421
-
Hello - need help with the USB MAX 3421 board. I don't understand how these modules are supposed to fit together. I want to use the USB MAX3421 board to allow my M5Stack to become a USB Host - first of all the documentation both hardware (almost none) and software (unfinished github projects). are not very good. I just got the board and took out the screws on the battery bottom. Put the USB module onto the M5Stack but could not get the battery bottom back on. I basically took off the battery and still could not get the bottom back on. But - maybe someone with more expertise could help - I want to use the USB MAX board to allow the M5Stack to become a USB Host - Is this even possible - both software and hardware. Next point after putting the board on - the power to the USB C port does not even allow the display to work. Is there anyone out there that can help with this or knows if any of this is even possible?

what is your "my M5Stack" hardware you are using?

@janotech
which specified device are you using? From your description, you might be using a Core2—its built-in battery won't work with modules. If you're using a CoreS3, UiFlow2 can already turn it into a USB device:
One last question: I'm not sure what you mean by "not even allow the display to work." Have you tried reflashing the firmware?
