How do I mount all this to a panel in presentable aesthetically pleasant way?

I have built about 20 devices with different m5stack products (mostly atom units)

How can I mount it all to a board or a panel in a nice way?

Are there anything provided?

Some suggestions:

Hot glue
Scotch Tape
Brick/Lego tiles
wooden panel with carved indentation
3D-printed brackets like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5419887

@mgrouch There are many ways.
My current method is to use Lego technic plates but there are 3d printed mounts or on boards.
