Connect PM air quality monitor with UART to M5StickC

I have a M5StickC (and a Core Ink). I want to make an air quality sensor. The nice one with Grove connector is out of stock, but there is one with UART.
Can I connect to it, and how and what parts do I need? Does it get its power from UART too?
