lcd all white

Starting as an intermittent issue and now permanently the lcd display is now only showing brightness as output, for example when running the FactoryTest.ino you can see the brightness come up and down for displaying the M5stack logo; but no actual picture output.
Here is what it looks like; as you can see just white.
This is running the FactoryTest.inoAnyone had this problem or know any fixes?
Hardware is M5 with 4mb psRam -
does it work when u started to use it?

Yes it worked for a few days, and then it intermittently started going white; and now it is always white. -
the screen maybe broken, where u buy this?
