This is my lead of choice <a href="https://amzn.to/2qkVFP3" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Anker Powerline+</a><br />
A point to note with all leads is to never fold them, only coil them up loosely.</p>

So I suggest to try another cable first (before disassembling device lol). If another cable wont help too, you can try to unscrew hex bolts and check if USB port soldered properly</p>
<p dir="auto">I managed to access Flow menu after reflashing it with latest UIFlow firmware</p>

A lot of complains about cables coming with M5 devices in box.</p>
<p dir="auto">if that doesnt help, boot into safe mode (F8 before windows loads), go device manager, find and remove CP210 drivers, install fresh ones from <a href="http://m5stack.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">m5stack.com</a> website and reboot normally.</p>
