My UWB sensor currently samples distance to another UWB sensor about once every 8 second. Does anyone know a way to increase that to maybe once a second or more? thanks a lot!

I recently purchased a few of these modules for a senior project and I've been experimenting with them for a couple days now. I was wondering if the UART interface is limited to AT commands(8 simple commands for the setup and verification). Documentations that I found are very limited and there is no clear API instructions for further configuration and synchronization unlike the PANS API for decawave modules. I'm only using the units attached to multiple arduinos only and No display is used like M5core basic. Has anyone managed to set up uwb units with UART connection and is it possible to access DWM1000 registers through it?
